Sadly, the project manager got into a car accident on the phone with me and the installation crew cut the fiber optic internet cable to my house and then tried to hide it by tucking it into the siding. I have been asking for this document since mid-September. My last communication from Andy was on 10-17-2022. It is now Dec 19, 2022. I have been ghosted ever since. I have left messages at two different Dellisanti businesses as well as his cell phone. No response or the courtesy of an explanation."

Arthur was amazing at explaining exactly what was going on and easy to reach when we had questions after hours. Joe, Richard and David were all so amazing! They didn't mind the audience of my 11 month old, nor our 26lb mutt. They always communicated with me about what they were doing, what they needed and said good morning and goodbye everyday! We are completely in LOVE with our new bathroom! It was a COMPLETE REMODEL! The guys even found a piece of the Plain Dealer from 1950! Shows you that our bathroom was still original!
