They cleaned up the surrounding area of debris that was removed, protected surrounding homes from the spray foam that was used. They were prompt and came when they were scheduled. "Armored Roofing of Sun City underestimated my roofing job by 48 percent then started the process of placing a lien on my house a week after the job was finished when we protested . they never contacted me about the added expense during the job. I couldnt get an answer from anyone I talked to during the job. I paid the bill under duress under threat of a lien. The estimate was 11700 , the final bill came in at over 17000. I am in my 70s in poor health . I am having a hard time with this, Update, I received a letter today of notice of a lien."
