EXCEL completely re-did it did it right, and greatly improved the quality and the asthetic feature overall. They remained to finish every last detail , cleaning up the area around it in our back yard when they were finished and taking great care as if it was thier own property. "I called Joe to fix a leak that was coming in from my bathroom fan vents (after the first guy I called never showed up when he said he would fix it). He immediately identified the real problem that the first guy missed. and came back a couple days later to complete the repair. While he was there, he also identified a couple other minor issues - One he fixed that day (without charge), and the other he told me to contact the company that replaced our roof 5 years ago as they should fix it under warranty instead of him charging me. Joe took the time to explain each step of the repair, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Joe for any roofing work!"

They felt so stupid that they forgot me, they gave me $300 CASH. Then I had a LEAKING window that took more than 6 months to fix. Now I have a broken seal on a window they replaced for more than a year. They say they will replace but not sure what year that will be. They have no problem taking your money but if you have a problem then they disappear!"
