We started calling around for estimates, and found it difficult to get someone out to us. We did finally get a couple companies to give us estimates, and one stood out to us. DualGuard. Their professionalism and customer service were great. The work performed was very thorough. Any rotten fascia was replaced with new wood, and they did a fascia wrap that looked amazing. The gutters look excellent and perform perfectly! If you are looking for quality gutter/fascia work, I would highly recommend DualGuard Gutter Systems."

He responded immediately and was able to fit us in to the schedule for the next day. We have a somewhat complicated window set-up. But he and Daniel were still able to clean our windows and screens inside and out. We also asked them about pressure washing our deck and flagstone patio. "Horrible communication. Delayed work for months which cost us a lot of money. Brandon and Detailed by Design are not upfront about costs and their ability to complete projects on time. We met with the owner Brandon to address all the issues and finally agreed to a resolution which would have still been a loss to us however he reneged at the last minute and did not pay to replace the old furnace he tried to pass off as new. If you choose to use this business, check all receipts on "new" appliances they say they installed. We reported this business to the Department of Labor because of the shoddy work in installing the furnace and because the furnace was old when we paid for a new furnace. The dept of labor confirmed they were not licensed to install the furnace. We paid for a new furnace ourselves and a licensed contractor to install it. Overall a lot of issues and an absolute nightmare. We are still working on recouping some of our costs from this business."
