Patrick Bonaparte was our contactor, and it was a great experience from beginning to end. While they had the equipment on site, we negotiated to have it taken down. In the process, a portion of that same tree hit another branch as it came down, and that branch tore a huge hole in our deck. It happened right when Patrick arrived on site to get a status on the project. He discussed what happened with us and offered a solution that was more than fair and reasonable. Before his crew left our property, they repaired our deck and re-painted that section where you can never even tell any damage occurred. The entire crew was pleasant and easy to work with and I would recommend them 1,000% to anyone needing similar work done on their property. They do both residential and commercial work. Based on our results, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patrick and RC Pro Solutions to others.
