Our typical billing contract is 20% at time of signing, 30% on start of project, with the remainding 50% due on completion. We often offer very good limited time deals in addition to our "no expiration date" deal of 10% off to seniors and current or former military personelle. We are also open to financing on case by case basis.

"It went VERY BAD. We needed to paint our deck. It was scheduled for Augest 2023. Then it was rescheduled for 3 weeks later because of bad weather. Which is OK but not 3 weeks later. Then it was rescheduled 3 weeks later again because they did not hve enough stuff! Then it was rescheduled one more time again because they did not have enough stuff!!! Every time they call asking for reschedule - but phone call does not help. Finally the work was never done and we have to try it next year. I'd NOT recoment to use this company. Nobody should use it! Wait 24 to 48 hours after tiling before installing grout. This allows the thin-set adhesive to cure properly, ensuring a strong bond. Grouting too soon can cause misalignment and damage. If there's a delay, you can leave tiles ungrouted temporarily. Keep the surface clean and avoid foot traffic to prevent misalignment or cracking. This keeps your installation intact until you can grout.
