"I hired these guys to install and remove Christmas lights back in late November and paid them all up front. It took forever for him to finally come out. After Christmas, I call him and asked when he would be back to take down the lights. He told me he would be in the neighborhood the following week and he would take them down. But, he never showed up. I called a month later and he told me the same thing. This happen two more times. The last time in June. And he still hasn't been out to take down the lights. He was unapologetic about the whole thing and he actually hung up on me the last time we spoke. I wish people could just do what they say they are going to do. So disappointing."

"Jeff's fence work is awesome. We were told Jeff that would be available for help if there were issues; however, when we call, there is a lack of follow-up, no return calls, emails, and scheduled meetings are stood-up without any call. We have a gate motor that was installed totaling $1,995 that is unreliable that cannot be returned as Nestor has the original purchase paperwork, which we cannot obtain. Nestor recommended this motor and are now saying that this is the "WalMart" version - support is self-help with a 800 number. The better motor is LyftMaster, which we were told that they would recommend, we could order, and they would install (we would, of course, pay him). We have praised Nestor for their work, provided references when called, requested quotes for additional fence work all to be left with problems that we now have to pay several thousand of dollars to fix. Why?"

All anchors had to be replaced. -RUST DAMAGE all over our existing deck and concrete patio from discarded metal shavings. -PAINT OVERSPRAY DAMAGE. -DEEP SCRATCHES AND GOUGES in our existing deck from dragging and dropping railing. 30+ deck boards ruined. -NO COMMUNICATION for wks. Over 30 emails and dozens of calls and on-site mtgs. *They offered to replace damaged deck boards but only if we signed a RELEASE OF LIABILITY/WORKMANSHIP! *They offered to pay for and deliver new deck boards but we would STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO INSTALL. *Eventually their Sales Director claimed that we could not prove that they caused the damage to our existing deck and patio.
