"Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."

Over 30 year family business - have done it all from residential to commercial jobs such as the Garnet Hospital in Middletown ny to framing well over 1000s of homes in Orange County ny. We do rough framing to finish work. Some of the major jobs you can “Google” include : • Black Barn Restaurant - Manhattan, NY • Garnet Hospital - Middletown, NY • Diamond Mills Hotel / Banquet Hall - Saugerties, NY • Rowan University- New Jersey
"I hired Joe Wilson to remodel my parents master bathroom. All I can say is that after almost 14,000 later I have to hire a new contractor to come and fix so much of the work that was done. The grout on the shower floor and corners is a mess. The tile shower was framed with wood quarter round trim that is falling off instead of tile or ceramic. The corners are only mitered 30% of the time. The shower niche has to be completely replaced as it pools half an inch of water because of the incorrect oversized border that allows no water to drain. The tile on the floor of the shower is sharp and poorly grouted. The dry wall is completely in even and all the tape lines are visible. Two large tiles in the wall of the shower are the wrong color and stand out as such. The light fixture was missing a screw and hanging loose. The sink of a brand new vanity and faucet doesn’t drain if the water is ran for more than a few seconds. I find more mistakes every day. Extremely unacceptable and distressing."
