"Extremely well! Professional and courteous but not at all "stuffy". Was always on time and really, couldn't do enough for you. He and his crew often told us that if anything wasn't right they would fix it. Chad always responded very quickly to any questions I had either by phone or email. As far as price is concerned, Chad the Painter wasn't the cheapest but cheapest isn't always the way to go. We hope to have his company back for some interior painting in the winter. Very refreshing!"

Greg gave us a competitive price and he, Candito, and their crew handled our rather complicated color scheme expertly. Everyone on crew was respectful and took great care to protect our brickwork, patio, driveway, etc. from any paint drops. They cleaned up after working every day, and finished the job in only 3 days (we thought it would take a week!). At the final walk through, there was not one place that needed to be touched up. "BM Custodio Painting and Construction did a fantastic job painting our 5000+ sq ft home from top to bottom!! We did our due diligence and met with several contractors on the same day to obtain quotes for our large painting project. First impressions were that Luis' company would be our top pick given he was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with during our initial meeting.  Before deciding, we gathered all our quotes- BM Custodio sent their estimate back first- and we were pleasantly surprised that his price came in less than the other quotes we received. We contracted them to perform numerous drywall repairs and paint all 3 floors of our home to include ceilings, trim, walls, coffered ceilings, and doors in their entirety!! This was a big undertaking and they did a super job!! OSS's professionalism gave me much needed assurance they would do a great job. "They did get the job done right. We had a few rain delays but they would have probably been here consecutively if the weather had not interfered. They had to replace many particle board faux stucco panels on the outside of my house and cedar boards that were eaten up by either the weather or woodpeckers. They fixed all of that and painted the entire house and now it looks fantastic."
