At that time I was told a work order would be submitted and someone would be in touch with me in a week or so. I never heard anything and finally contacted them again on 3 Dec. I was told that he had to switch phones and asked if I still had a copy of the contract, my full name and email. I provided that information within 5 minutes. I reached out again on 6 Dec since I did not get a response asking if my information was received. Never received any response."
