"contractor, does not QA the work of subs, takes short cuts, leaves owner with unfinished, shoddy work. contractor quit project when final walk thru revealed MANY gross deficiencies, crooked bath tub (blamed it on wall), uses caulk/putty to cover up plumbing fixture shoddy work, installed shower pan BUT did not think to cover it up while subs did tile work, guess what, scratches everywhere and of course long gone... many excuses... this was TWO bathrooms, three bedroooms and hallway.. with promise of more to come if good job."

The next day the team of roofers laid out a protective tarp surrounding our property and began working. The Production Manager, Fernando, introduced himself, and provided a business card which included his mobile number. Day One the contractor arrived, reviewed the 10 project requests on site, explained he was only able to complete 3/10 projects..odd as the company described contractor as having 30+ yrs experience? Measurements were taken for the 3 projects, promises were made that the company would return to complete the projects with lumber in hand, I was made to pay a deposit. Day Two contractor arrived 30 minutes late no lumber in hand, took SEVEN hours to install two ceiling fans and one screen door. Day Three contractor arrived TWO hours late still not able to complete project due to not having enough lumber and/or wrong sized lumber? Day Four (after I reached out to the owner) a different contractor arrived and completed the project. $1,915 later the screen door has two gaping holes at the bottom, the hand rail installed (by first contractor) is shaky and the requested Veteran’s discount was not applied. So many lessons learned."
