The technician (Michael) arrived on time. He was very professional, appropriately dressed, identified himself immediately, courteous, and engaging in regard to the needs of the job, offering recommendations for the placement of the antenna for the best signal. He found the least obtrusive way to route the wiring into the house, without drilling unneeded holes in the foundation block too. In the end, he wasn't onsite longer than expected, cleaned up after installation, explained the antenna's capabilities, searched for available channels (39, way more than the 6-9 I had previously!) Overall, this was a very good experience, and if an OTA antenna is what you're looking for this is most likely the easiest way to get it, and have it installed."
