"Was supposed to be giving a free quote for a full gutter system. Their teq and salesmen Tyler originally measured the wrong house and had a downspout that would have dumped water across my driveway and walkway. Their was another section of gutter that exceeded 35 ft with only one downspout. They we're extremely pushy at getting me to sign a contract and take it down payment to secure a deal. My house wasn't painted and I was not ready for gutters and it was agreed upon both parties that I would contact them when I was ready to continue further with color and scheduling. After about a month and a second quote I decided to cancel my contract with now remodeling. I was informed that they would not be issuing a part of my down payment back even though they were only entitled to part of it via their contract. Tyler falsified claims about contacting the homeowner, scheduling an installation date, and work done on or for the property. Very disappointed with their response to canceling my contract and their customer service."

All of the team were professional to work with, and were very responsive to any concerns and issues I had. I was especially pleased with the cabinets - I just explained how I needed the kitchen to function, and they picked the cabinets and the placement. They are top-notch - they are functional and really pretty. The florescent lights were replaced with can lighting, pendants and undercabinet lighting, which also came out really well. "Initially okay. After he realized he had way underestimated his costs, his effor and attention to detail went downhill quickly. A year later and we still have not been able to move into the addition. We finally got rid of him and now find out that most of the bathroom plumbing and construction work was a wasted effort and it will take another 25,000 to make it right using the correct professionals which he should have done in the first place. I do not trust his company and would never, ever consider him to do any work of any kind ever again. He was a promiser of big things but could not deliver and nearly ruined part of the new addition with his inept work."
