"Paint work looks good but the contractor did not remove screens from the windows before painting and did not clean off overspray after painting. Substandard building materials were routinely used and I had to ask repeatedly for things to be redone. The contractor installed a door backward, leaving holes in a very expensive custom door and responded with ?oh, I didn?t think about that?. The owner , Ruben Maciel,verbally agreed to several repairs before quoting the job and then asked for more money to complete the tasks and/or just didn?t do it. One of the workers damaged one of our triple windows and rather than replace it they filled the window frame with caulk and painted over it, leaving a sticky mess that looks terrible. Ruben said that the job would take one week to complete and they finally left here two and a half months later without completing the job. The last time they were here he asked for money, told me they would be back the next morning at 8 and disappeared."
