Explained the process very well, and made sure that I understood there could be a couple of issues that might arise during the job that could affect the pricing of the job. They were removing a large amount of dirt, grass, gravel, and a retaining wall from our backyard, and side of the house. Daniel made me aware that if whomever had originally installed the retaining wall had placed some plumbing within the walls they had no way to see this before removing the wall itself. I thought that was very kind of him to explain a possible issue before it happens, rather than just going forward and then surprising me. Turns out no plumbing in the wall. When the job was complete it was if the grass, dirt, gravel, and the wall never existed at my house. Daniel is very hardworking and honest. I have hired him for other smaller jobs, I wish they were bigger! Don't go for the cheapest price, you definitely get what you pay for."
