They will tell you something over the phone, then when you follow-up, they will magically lose all records of prior conversations. I was told replacement windows would be ordered in June 2024 - never ordered. In January, ordered correctly with 4-6 week expedited delivery time quoted. Now in Feb, was told the windows would not be ready until end of March (total of nearly 11 weeks since order). Magically, they have no record of quoting me 4-6 weeks, though I have email records saying otherwise. Just a miserable company to do business with, would never recommend to any homeowner."

Our quotes are locked in prices, but if we complete the work in less time, the cost of the work becomes less.

They were punctual, friendly and had a reasonable quote. They started when they said they would, and treated our house as if it were their own. "O'Sullivan Installs is fantastic at everything they do. We had 9 insert replacement windows (Provia) and 1 full frame picture window completed in early August and the result is stunning. I thought nothing could beat the look of wood windows and I was wrong--the vinyl windows look clean, modern and high-end. This job took 1 day and the crew was super professional--they left the interior cleaner than they found it! We then had all of our siding and trim replaced. We chose the LP Smartside (which I HIGHLY recommend over a fiber cement siding product) and white PVC trim. It looks like a brand new house, and the product is completely maintenance free. Their work is meticulous and the crew for this job was super professional as well. They worked so hard for 3 weeks (as in 11 hour days) and in the heat of the summer. Communication from Melissa was incredible throughout the entire project. As soon as the job was complete, the dumpster and port-a-potty were whisked away. In addition-I want to shout out Tim, Mark and Brian for being so professional and truly working like a well oiled machine. Hire them for whatever job you need. When I replace the rest of my windows and eventually some doors, they will be my first (and only) call. Great job! Will post photos soon as well."
