"Paul installed gutters on my house in 2011. We replaced the front deck and decided that we did not want the downspout in that section in the same place. I didn't force you to quote without coming out to look at the tree, I provided my best guess on size (its not a 90' or even a 40' tree). 2. If you show up to look at my property, come talk to me and discuss your concerns. 3. Expect a honest review of your (un)professionalism"
