From the beginning, he was open to my questions and preferences, and helped me plan and design cabinets to fit in the existing footprint but far surpassed the functionality of my 1980s cabinets. When it came time to do the demo in October, he and his crew were both friendly and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I watched them repeatedly do calm and focused problem-solving on the fly, and they finished earlier than we expected. Then when they brought the gorgeous cabinets we chose, they were meticulous in their installation and gracious as I watched the whole process from my spot on the stairs. There was a small equipment issue (I heard Joe fighting with his cutter, and anyone with a mechanic in their life understands that this is par for the course lol), but the final product turned out great! He even factored in the unique positioning required for the lock to work best, taking into account the natural shape of the old wooden door and its glass window. The price was beyond reasonable (dare I say downright affordable!) and the time it took was less than projected. ‘Under budget’ for both time and money is a dream to everyone looking for services!
