"Broke electrical line to yard light. Said they are not responsible. Also, someone there said to call back to arrange to get it fixed. When I did, was told they do not do electrical work in Champaign. My wife had informed the technician of underground wire before work began. In addition, can not close closet door because of Jack hammering that was done. As a result, dust was all throughout the house."

The crew was professional, courteous, and did a FANTASTIC job installing the new system. The house was toasty warm within a couple hours after they finished the installation and testing of the system.
