Air Ducts & Vents Clean, Chimney or Fireplace - Clean and Inspect
"Royal Extreme Clean Inc. Would like to thank you and your employees that fixed my leaking chimney. I know that it has only rained twice but as of now no leaking. Just wanted you to also know that I had two other companies over for an estimate and one company said without going on the roof that I needed to redo the flashing around the chimney and the cost would be around $800 and they could do the work within a week (I wonder why so quick). The other company did go on the roof and said that I needed to replace the 3 chimney caps at a cost of $500 and they also could do the work within a week. Then thank goodness I called your company and not one but two employees came out went on the roof and said I needed to replace two chimney and one furnace liners at a cost of $289 but if I had it done now cost would be $249.95 with a two year warranty. Needless to say I had your company repair my leaking chimney and as of now have not leaked. I also asked them if the flashing and caps were ok and they said they were fine and did not see any problem with either leaking. Your employees that did my work were not only honest but professional, courteous and efficient. If anyone asked me about whom would I recommend for work on a leaking chimney your company would be the only one I would suggest? Again thank you for being honest. "The response time from the first inquiry was excellent. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, professional , friendly and knew exactly what I needed and wanted done on my gas fireplace. He worked in a timely fashion, and was very aware of keeping all dirt , etc., onto a covered area so my carpet stayed cleaned. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs, parts, a new fireplace, etc. to their fireplace. I have already scheduled my yearly inspection for 2024. Very pleased and thankful for Dennis Hearth & Home. Great job!"

"Very prompt response to inquiry for chimney inspection and cleaning if needed. The technician was on time and gave an overview of what the inspection would include. He provided a video image of repairs needed on the chimney cap and left an estimate of the cost to have the work done. (I hope to have this done in the Spring of 2011.) He answered my questions about chimney maintenance and usage of manufactured logs (Duraflame) thoroughly. I would recommend Dr. Sweep to friends and neighbors and use their company again without hesitation."

"Excellent professional work. Did a lot of mortar work, replaced 2 chimney caps, flashing an even repaired a small hole in my roof they discovered. Before I contacted them I estimated the cost to be prepared and the total bill was just slightly less than my estimate. They performed the work the same day as the estimate."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
