They completed flooring throughout the house, painted multiple rooms and completed ceiling from the enclosed porch to the kitchen and living area, making the porch enclosure ceiling seamless with the other rooms. I have been in the construction field for 17 years with a 2 year break working as a firefighter/EMT. Some examples of the services I offer are porch/deck building and repair, underpinning, custom shutters, metal roofing, small metal buildings/shops, sheds, add ons, remodeling, siding, handicap ramps, dirt work, driveway repair, rustic barn tin ceilings/panels, pipe fences, welding services. "We are nearly 1 year from when we contracted with Brian for our 30x24 back deck. The deck was partially finished June 2023, with half the deck getting 1 coat and the other half getting 2 coats. Needless to say it’s two different colors and not in a good way. There are several construction issues (gates sagging / boards popping / spindles too long / stairs not supported and sagging). We told Brian in October 2023 that we wanted a portion of the money back so we could hire someone to fix it. He came out, said he would get back to us that week. Nothing. 4 months later we messaged again and got no response. At this point, we are done and have held off with the review until now."
