"I obtained an estimate of $750 for repairs for leaks around chimney areas on my roof after an inspection of my roof. The repairman came within 2 weeks and spent 2.5 hours on the roof. He was very friendly and assured me that the leak areas had been repaired. I was surprised that the work was done in 2.5 hours since the estimate was $750. I did not immediately pay due to the unexpected $300 per hour charge. I called and discussed this situation with the company and was assured that this was their expected rate and that the estimate was correct. They said this was their standard cost structure. "It is necessary to charge this manhour rate to cover their company overhead" This answer was not satisfying to me, but since I had signed the quote, I provided a check to them for the full $750."

"Had water rushing in via heater roof vent. 3 am rain let up. Called precision roofing next day. came out following day to examine and give estimate. Set appt. Rain forecasted prior to appt. John? Came out with worker and sealed off any leaks to keep us dry until appt. Precision called prior to arrival, came when stated, completely reconstructed a ten x ten area of roof ( had been leaking prior and had handyman â stopâ the leak , coming into the powder room near the furnace) removed and replaced damp insulation , replaced all cheap plastic roof vents and sealed all (Pretty expensive custom modular home ) laid ice shield , and buttoned it all up. Took pictures all along the work being done, and included them with invoice . We had questions concerning original invoice and estimate. Mixup had taken place at contract signing. Spoke with secretary and asked for a paper copy of invoice as it was difficult to see on I phone ( no computer) she actually came to our home and hand delivered it upon reviewing it , We asked for an appt with one of the owners , either Jason or John and secretary , who was very pleasant, said she will talk to them and set it up. Not only did she set it up, but John called me and we went over the bill line by line. We then understood all of it and thanked him for a job well done . He said they would send us a meal gift card at our restaurant of choice, for the hassle of the misunderstanding when estimate was presented. Precision nut only sent a gift card, but both brothers came to our home to give it to us personally. WHO DOES THAT??? That kind of consideration is unheard of anymore , but they wanted us to be totally satisfied. WHICH We certainly are. I must add that precision did not attach a charge for coming out prior to roofing appt and sealing off any leaks prior to the heavy rain that came shortly thereafter. The personal service given was beyond any expectation. The owners of precision roofing were kind to us over 75 and 88 year old seniors. They were very respectful, and patient, as were their laborers. They didnâ t waste time. They came in, did the work, going beyond what was expected, and cleaned up everything . We would certainly highly recommend precision roofing to anyone who needs the work done and appreciates old time work ethics, patience and respect."

"I was very happy with my experience with Rock Solid Exteriors. First I met Levi when he came out (in the rain) to look at my roof and provided a great estimate. Next I spoke with Tammie in the office to get the process moving forward. My project got scheduled quickly and within a week I was meeting the Brian, Luke and the rest of the team at my home. The roofing team did a great job of protecting my patio and landscape. Each time I came outside to see what work was going on, Brian answered any questions I had. Once they were done they cleaned up and as I walked the yard with them and each time I asked a question or pointed something out they patiently answered all questions. When I asked if they could take "one more pass" with the magnet for nails they said no problem and did another sweep. "LIARS. I will never recommended this company. They break their contract and don’t make it right!! Cleanliness: 0/10. We had to pick up nails, screws and staples from our driveway, yard, and dog run. fast food wrappers and plastic from materials all of yard and woods. In the process of demolishing, they damaged our personal property and did nothing about it. Craftsmanship: 2/10. In the process of installing the roof, multiple areas where flashing was or was supposed to be was not replaced. I personally had to leave work to go buy, pick up, and deliver facia boards for the crew due to their unpreparedness. In the process of changing the facia, they damaged our siding which they decided to just throw some caulk and wood filler over. When the roof was being quoted it was identified that we were going to be getting new gutters yet when the install of roof happened, the crew cut the drip edge around every gutter bracket instead of asking me to remove it or removing it. Now the gutters are off and there are a lot of not needed notches everywhere. To add to nails and staples, there were a lot more all in the gutters. Flashing flew off the roof and sat in my yard for months waiting for it to be fixed. We also have a couple soft/spongy spots that were supposed to be fixed but never got fixed. Communication: 1/10. Our roof was completed in November of 2023 for nearly $30,000. Since then, we have had a crew come back to replace flashing and fix roof vents. We had another crew come out to fix the siding and drip edge. We have been told by 2 people now that to “make it right” we would get money back and also get the necessary work done but now I’m being asked to pay the remainder $750 bill and that we will “not get any money back because they had to send their crews out three time which has cost them a lot of money” I don’t care if it cost them a lot of money because the job should have been done right, it’s warrantied work, still hasn’t been finished, and I should not have to have put under over a year of stress. I have called multiple times now to get this settled but have not received a call back just an email with a bill. I was hoping for better but have been left disappointed, disheartened, and very frustrated. For nearly $30000 I would think there would be a lot more urgency to rectify this situation that they have put us in."
