"Ryan and his guys Kevin and Alex were so terrific that I've been raving about the job they did and are happy to recommend them for bathroom renovations to others, as people I talk to have said they've had really bad experiences with other contractors. I continued feeling positive for several weeks until one day I saw that the ceiling in my entryway was leaking - AGAIN - the very reason we had demolished and decided to redo the bathroom. My heart sunk and I panicked. We already paid the full bill and left a positive review. What if they didn't help us? Well, I did not need to worry. I took a photo and texted Ryan and called him. It was on a Saturday afternoon. He said they'd be there Monday morning. He then texted and asked if we'd want them to come out the next day (Sunday). The guys came and didn't give us any attitude or anything at all. Kevin and Alex were super pleasant as always. They came, opened up a hole in the ceiling, figured out it was the toilet leaking and went to Home Depot. I was very relieved it wasn't the shower because I was super nervous they'd have to rip the whole thing up. Fortunately, it was just that the old pipes to the new pipes didn't transition and connect securely enough so they tightened it, tested it out, made sure the leak was gone, and then all in the same day - they put dry wall back, painted and cleaned everything up. And now there's no leak, and I'm SUPER happy again. I honestly cannot believe how immediately Ryan responded, how quickly they came out, and how rapidly they resolved the problem - all without ever giving me any headache.
