"Chris and his crew were the best. The final product looked amazing. Throughout the process, Chris went above and beyond to make my project easy. He picked up my tile, helped me with a grout color, and went out of his way to be sure that I was happy no matter what. There was even a small leak in a refrigerator water line that he replaced during the job. He helped me out so much that I didnâ t even have to stress. My project consisted of almost 1,000 sq ft of tile, working in various rooms with a lot of challenges because of the changes in the floor layout. The tile was layed in a strategic manner and everything flowed perfectly. I have worked with contractors in the past where I have been dissatisfied and have only wanted them to finish and get out so I could fix their mess. It was completely the opposite with Chris and his crew. They were professional, kind, punctual, trustworthy and fair. Their prices were fair and there were no surprises. "Some floor tiles in one of my bathrooms was buckling and needed repair. It was not a big job so most contractors were not interested. Two scheduled visits to give estimates but never showed up. I finally called Angi and received a quick response from 4 contractors. Chris Ioanca from Alpha Tile was the first and most flexible contractor. We set up a visit quickly and he arrived timely. Unlike some other companies, he did not try to expand the work or suggest unnecessary additions. He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered a very fair price and scheduled the work to be completed in the next few days. His work turned out better than I ever hoped and at a price that was very reasonable. The floor looks beautiful. It matches the rest of the floor perfectly because his careful workmanship allowed him to reuse the original tile. It was a small job but important to me. If I ever need tile work again, I know that I can count on Alpha Tile Contractors for any project, large or small."

I believe Chris may have been his name (had alot of construction workers in and out), the man was very professional, got his specks lined up on the room confirmed size and went to work. Job was fast and he explained what he was going to do, I was mostly impressed with what this business offers in this industry . "The Martin’s are an incredible family. They were very kind throughout the process and transparent about prices. I had them clean the tile and grout downstairs. I was amazed at how quick they were. They did about 1,250 square feet of tile in an hour. Keep in mind they had to move couches and tables. I’m very happy with them they did a great job!"

"We dealt with Jim at Regal Bath & Kitchen in remodeling our master bath. The tub was removed and a walk-in shower was designed. Granite was used on the shower benches and around the vanity sinks. The sink faucets were wall mounted. The couple who did the tile work were perfectionists and tiled a medallion in the entry to the shower. The kitchen back splash was tiled also. Jim had every detail under control and the remodel went very smooth. It was a pleasure dealing & working with Jim, a real professional, and we highly recommend Regal."

"Vila Europe Tile, LLC installed porcelain tile in 2 bedrooms of my new home. The estimate was slightly better than other companies. I worked with Ben who was honest. I canâ t say that about other companies I interviewed. I was concerned with chemicals because of health issues and he worked with me about those concerns. Ben also made sure to use a fan to keep the dust from coming inside my home. He started earlier than expected and his workmen did a great job in a short time to finish the project. Ben also kept in contact to update me on what the flooring looked like in stages by sending me pictures. The workmen cleaned up the garage floor where the materials were mixed and tile cut better than it looked before! He treated me like I was a part of his family! "The house is beautiful! The tile guys are artists -made a ugly shower and floor look absolutely beautiful. We had to redo all of the flooring in the entire house plus all of the carpet. Changed the percentage of tile vs carpet and they were able to suggest a layout that is really nice."

Brett was professional, informative, very personable and just an all around good pick on my part. I hadn't ever looked for anyone to clean tile and grout before so I was totally dependent on Angie's List for information.

Brett was care with the furniture, put protective covers at the doors where there would be contact with the hoses. He explained to me what he was doing and educated me on a number of things I didn't know about tile or grout. I am going to follow his suggestions and do some of the work myself on the baseboards.

I didn't realize it and when I told him I was going to have the traffic areas cleaned as soon as I finish unpacking and get the furniture settled he told me he also cleans carpets. I was so happy with his explanation about his process as opposed to those cleaners who not only saturate the carpet and pad and you have to figure it goes down to the subflooring, and that can't be good. When that happens it takes forever to dry, leaves a sticky residue which is like a magnet for dirt and shortly you have a dirty carpet again. I was going to do whatever it took to avoid going through that.

I was totally happy with the entire experience and will recommend Brett to as many people as I can. He did an excellent job and I'm so happy the tile and grout looks normal again (the dirt was not from me), in fact, I couldn't bring myself to walk barefooted on it before he cleaned it. Way to go Brett!!!
