Small painting company,5 employees as of now,as the owner/operator I am hands on on all my projects so you won't just see me at the beginning and end. All my estimates are free and I usual request a small down payment to cover materials to start and final payment upon completion and with your satisfaction of my work. I am also available to larger painting/construction contractors on a sub contracting level.

In 1974 Paul McLaughlin Paul began career under the guidance of an old time painting contractor in Salinas. After a short time, Paul became self employed. It was only after 10 years of working as a solo painter, that Paul began developing a team of painters. Today, McLaughlin Painting services over 4 counties with both Commercial/Industrial and Residential Divisions. We are a Father and Son Owner Operated Business, we have been in Business for over 40 years. For services that we cannot provide we will sub-contract out the services to other qualifying companies based on our clients needs. Billing Procedures for a Large Commercial Project a down payment would be required to cover materials etc. However if we are working with a homeowner the billing would be handled slightly different depending on our clients needs.

I have over 37 years experience in many phases of property maintenance which began in 1980. My crew and I maintained over 750 apartments and homes thru-out the years and in 1996 I started Maintenance Enterprises. There aren’t many who can honestly say they have the experience I have acquired and perform quality work. I usually work alone, do not mark up material price, am honest, dependable and punctual.
