"Terrible service and experience. AVOID. UNRELIABLE. SCAMMERS. They canceled on me at the last minute, then tried to cancel on me again a week later until I complained. Then someone shows up LATE and did a visual inspection to assess that my furnace is extremely old, everything is faulty or falling apart, likely can not be fixed because parts may not be available, recommends a entirely NEW furnace replacement. Since it is such a HUGE commitment, I declined. I called someone else, they came, fixed it ALL within 30min and said everything is working great. INCOMPETENT SCAMMERS!!"

The nature of the project changed as the discovery of a septic system, unknown to me, presented a big challenge for their equipment and to me as the homeowner trying to sell the property. Denzyl, the owner, was very kind and patient with me as I tried to understand the implications of their findings. We had to get another company involved and Denzyl went above and beyond to ensure smooth communication and full understanding of the issues was relayed.
