"The work that was preformed was horrible. This was new construction home and which we thought we hired this company and come to find out they sub contracted the work out. This was a total Sheetrock job. A lot of our personal property was used and damaged, none of the work was complete on 2 separate occasions, the owner was very disrespectful when we called him out on it,etc. I can’t explain everything we went through to get this job done properly. We had to hire someone else to complete the work. Keep in mind we live over 3 hours away and 2 separate trips the work was supposed to be complete. I would not recommend and be careful signing their contract and giving them your direct account information!! They will try and withdraw the money without your knowledge and claim they made attempts to collect which is incorrect!!"

"Everything went super smoothly with this project. I was able to explain what I needed and have the foreman completely understand what I wanted in terms of design. Work was executed very quickly -- took about a week due to some weather. They worked tirelessly from 8am to 4pm every day of the job. I would absolutely hire them again!"

"So it is a Holiday weekend (Xmas 2022) and I was provided by the Carolina Creations team the best customer service that in my opinion went above and beyond what was expected. My pool pump stopped working and with the weather that is forecasted and being a new pool owner I probably panicked a little. So I called the main number and selected the after hours number and left a message around 12:15PM and received a call within 5 minutes. From that point I received communication from 5 different Carolina Creations team members checking to make sure that someone had reached out to me. Two of the five team members were on vacation, first time ever for that. So to make this long story short within 2 hours of my original call my pool pump was fixed and my stress relieved. If this is the type of service they provide how could anyone go anywhere else for their pool or landscaping needs. Carolina Creations you should be very proud of your team. "I am very highly disappointed with this company. I had high hopes and was really looking forward to the project on my new home, only to be let down and feel so discouraged by the amount of money and lack of quality i received. I met the owner at my property to measure and to discuss what I wanted where he gave me verbal and visual confirmation as to where my fence would be, that I clarified at least 2x verbally. He did not write it down until after the appointment, which was my fault, because I trusted his word. The day of installation, the fence was 3 feet shorter into my yard than it is supposed to be and does not even go to the edge of my lot. I have now lost 1/2 of my yard and I am just absolutely beyond disgusted and p***** off. I had a wonderful other company that came out and gave me a quote that I wish I would have gone with instead but I stupidly used T&T because I’m in a new subdivision and was recommended by the sales office…HUGE MISTAKE!! Now I am stuck with 1/2 my yard wasted!!!!"

"HORRIBLE CONTRACTORS!!! I have had contractors before and experienced some issues but this Anthony guy is very unprofessional and he is an absolutely nightmare! Not a single item was completed from the contract he and I agreed on and he took 60% of the contract amount and he stopped working the property. I had a property with some cosmetic work stuff and repairs which shouldn’t be that complicated. After he toured the property and gave me estimated time frame for 2 weeks. I know normally how it is not done with contractors so I asked him a few more times and confirmed if he could really finish it in two weeks. He was confident and said two weeks for no problem. After it has been almost 4 weeks, not even a quarter of work has been done and I noticed he didn’t even show up. He has so many excuses and complaints every single time when I contacted him. It felt like he was working for free which was not true. We agreed on 3 installment payments, 1st installment, before the job start about 30% of the total price, and 2nd one, 1/3 of the total price, and the last one at the completion of the job. After 2 weeks of work and not much of work has been done, he already requested for the 2nd installment. I asked him, the work has not been done 2/3 of the job, more over not even half way done. Anyway, he got upset and he wouldn’t continue the job if I didn’t pay. So I paid and then BOOM! He didn’t show up at work and when I asked him, his answer was it is too cold to work at the property. He made excuses and excuses and he said he will only come back if the heater is fixed. I did and texted him and called him. NO RESPONSE. Besides, his quality of work is horrible. He and his crew painted all over, light fixtures, light bulbs, floors, even bathtub. What kind of painter paint over the tub?! They simply didn’t even covered the parts not supposed to paint but they were so lazy and sloppy worker. They installed the brand new room doors, two out of three, didn’t even close properly and didn’t even use the shim. Installing the door is one of the basic carpentry job and he can’t even do that! I asked for the breakdown of the work and cost and no answer. When I confronted him for a few stuff, he just blah blah blah and repeating himself by making endless nonsense and not doing the job at all. Even if he does a job, not a good quality one."
