He was very professional and offered some great advice. They fixed the cracks in the flagstone walkway first and did such an incredible job, I had them knock down my existing flowerbed retaining wall that had been built by another contractor 5 years ago that I never really liked, and went ahead and built me another retaining wall. Very smooth process all the way with the workers showing up on time and finishing in the time frame that Jacob said that they would. They even came out on Sunday and worked to finish the job.
