"Pros: quickly completed the job, did come back and use a marker to fill in areas where stain was missed. (but missed many spots the first time around) Cons: did not show up for the consult on time, pushed our job back to a different day and notified us Friday prior to the Monday they were supposed to start. They did not lock out front door upon leaving, leaving us vulnerable to theft. Certain aspects asked for like filling in the gaps between board were NOT done, with no solution provided. When I didn?t respond to a text quickly enough they just stopped over to ?repair? the floor with a marker without scheduling a time, changing our entire plan for the day. Less than impressed."

The job required removal of carpet, matching new hardwood to existing hardwood, sanding, trim and finish. The amount of demo and detail work to create the new floor was extensive. They corrected a problem in one area with the old sub-floor with clever carpentry. The new carpet was very stiff and very difficult to work with, but the installation is perfect, especially around the old iron radiators where the seams are undetectable."
