"Very honest. I was having a problem with the refrigerator door opening and I thought it was the seal. Dimitri came out and diagnosed the problem very quickly. It turns out it was not the seal, but the actual door. But, instead of charging me and installing the seal knowing that the problem would not be resolved he suggested that I would be better off just purchasing a refrigerator. I appreciate his honesty. He did not rip me off, but instead saved me a costly/ un-needed repair bill. I will use that money towards the purchase of the new replacement.
