"Vorn... veteran (thank you for your service) and Danial removed a shower and a garden tub and installed a large shower in the place of the garden tub. The old shower area will become a much needed closet. That area was dry walled in ready for the balance of the work to be completed. The new shower has easy to clean walls that extend up to 96 inches overlayed on solid plywood, hand bars that will support >300 pounds and a custom made base to fit the area. They replaced the plumming and the company plumming inspector came to check the work during the job. Shower doors were installed for a sleek, shiny step-in shower. They crew of 3 work very hard all day. They placed floor coverings over my wood floors for protection and left the area clean."

Bid was less than competitors and was based on the work to be done and not some set rate for "the standard kitchen range extension job" like other companies. "Jake was extremely professional and thorough with his repair. We called him out originally for a phantom leak. After multiple visits we discovered it wasnâ t anything to do with the shower or other plumbing but directly with a poor installation of tiling in the bathroom. He repaired the areas where he cut out pieces of dry wall to look up in the ceiling for the leak and installed a 12â trap door under breath the shower pan for future access. His dry walling expertise is excellent. We have textured ceilings and he matched the texture to where you cannot even tell there was a repair. I would highly recommend Jake and Bramlet Home improvement to anyone. We will definitely be using him exclusively in the future."
