We agreed to a lump sum for both jobs, with me paying his requested amount for the irrigation system and the remainder to be paid when the sod was installed. The irrigation system was installed and that work paid for, but the morning that the sod work was scheduled to be done, I received a text from Adam saying that he was cancelling the work because he had thought about it and decided that I was not paying him enough for the work. It seems to me like Adam agreed to sod installation (which was a good price) to win my business for the irrigation system (which was market price). This is bad business and a bad way to treat people, especially customers."

The stone wall came out beautifully and really boosts our curb appeal. The crew chose quality limestone that matched our house and took great care of our existing plants. They even raised the flowerbed, which I was pleasantly surprised to see! They clearly had a vision for what the product should look like, and I’m glad I trusted the experts. I also appreciated that they added leftover mulch to our trees and did a thorough clean-up. These guys really care about their customers. During the biding process we will take the time to listen to your needs and concerns and come up with the best solution to irrigate your lawn in the most efficient fashion. We use only the best products available for residential sprinkler systems. Hunter and Rainbird are the only brands we use. Through my 16 years of experience I have found that these brands are by far the best, with the least amount of problems. Although there is only a 3 year manufactures warranty on these parts, I have found that these brands will last far beyond the warranty period. Take your time to browse through our site and give us a call when you are ready for your free estimate. The service fee charge is from $80 up to $100 depending locations. 1 hour cancellation notice.
