We use our own employees and carry all of the proper general liability and workers compensation insurance which protects homeowners from any liability. We offer a 10 year workmanship warranty. Our billing procedures are as follows: 50% deposit upon acceptance of Proposal with remaining balance due in full upon completion of job. We will gladly assist you in working with your insurance company. We also comply with all OSHA guidelines and have a Safety Plan in place.

Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged. The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials. We take a different approach to things and like our customers to have comfort, confidence and piece of mind. So unlike other contractors we don't typically ask for 50% upfront. We typically bill in 1/3's. Some jobs will require all material be paid upfront with 1/3 of the labor. So 1/3 upfront, with 1/3 paid in the middle, and the final 1/3 at the completion of the work. For complete remodels, renovations, basement finishes, and new construction we offer a free air duct cleaning when we are done with the job. This is not just our way of saying thanks, but also for health reasons for our customers.
