"Vorn... veteran (thank you for your service) and Danial removed a shower and a garden tub and installed a large shower in the place of the garden tub. The old shower area will become a much needed closet. That area was dry walled in ready for the balance of the work to be completed. The new shower has easy to clean walls that extend up to 96 inches overlayed on solid plywood, hand bars that will support >300 pounds and a custom made base to fit the area. They replaced the plumming and the company plumming inspector came to check the work during the job. Shower doors were installed for a sleek, shiny step-in shower. They crew of 3 work very hard all day. They placed floor coverings over my wood floors for protection and left the area clean."

"Great Job--highly recommended. They installed a gas line extension for my new kitchen range. When I asked for an estimate, they showed up on-time and walked me through the various aspects of my job. Bid was less than competitors and was based on the work to be done and not some set rate for "the standard kitchen range extension job" like other companies. For the job itself, they got in, quickly got to work, adapted the game plan when things turned out a little different than initial expectations, and completed the job on time with a high level of craftsmanship. "We received 5 quotes because an furnace and AC were really big ticket items for us, but the owner of this company took the time to explain every step and all the details of the work. Other contractors did not take the time to have a detailed discussion and even implied that we were not expert enough to understand the details. They were very quick to tell us what they thought we needed. There were 3 bids that were substantially lower so we were very nervous and second guessed our decision. They restored our faith in contractors as they went the extra mile to make sure that everything was the best quality and really thought about what they were doing and what the best solution(s) might be. They took our lifestyle into consideration and did not treat us as if we would not understand the process or care about the details. On this rare occasion we felt that we got the best for us and every penny was worth. We look forward to have this company service the HVAC that they installed for us. In additoin they took care of a few odd repairs that were needed at a very reasonable rate. We only wish we could find other trades for landscaping, remodeling, etc. like Vertical was for HVAC."

I was a little skeptical at first with their prices being lower and the fact that the company is a little newer, but was very happy to learn that they have years of experience installing bathrooms together (and that experience definitely shows)! We had them replace a basement shower stall that was moldy and unusable. A lot more work went in than previously expected, but they stayed until the job was complete. "Jake was extremely professional and thorough with his repair. We called him out originally for a phantom leak. After multiple visits we discovered it wasnâ t anything to do with the shower or other plumbing but directly with a poor installation of tiling in the bathroom. He repaired the areas where he cut out pieces of dry wall to look up in the ceiling for the leak and installed a 12â trap door under breath the shower pan for future access. His dry walling expertise is excellent. We have textured ceilings and he matched the texture to where you cannot even tell there was a repair. I would highly recommend Jake and Bramlet Home improvement to anyone. We will definitely be using him exclusively in the future."
