In addition, he replaced a toilet, hung a heavy mirror, and replaced bathroom lights. All of this was done with care. The refurbishment was done very thoroughly with power washing, conditioning, sanding, more conditioning, and application of an oil based transparent stain we selected. The end result is a durable finish and the decks, stairs, and railings looking like when they were originally installed.
