"No stars. CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE. We couldn't even get a quote done with this "team". This has been the worst and most unorganized experience I have ever had with another company. We couldn't get a crew on site in a two hour window - with a verification call the morning of the appointment, after scheduling a week in advance - without someone making excuses and rescheduling us to the next day an hour AFTER our pick up was supposed to have happened. We ended up having to drag the furniture under some cover in the rain after nobody called or showed up during the sunlit hours we had scheduled for. We had to look elsewhere for junk removal due to the lack of communication, lack of dependability to even call us back, the blatantly ignored calls, and the completely disorganized system. It was a poor experience all around. All we've gotten is excuses and every callback we've been told to expect the last two days hasn't come. Thank you for the time your company has wasted during our already busy and stressful weekend."

"I had a bad experience with a small landscaping project along our side yard. Communication was dismal - the person directing the project was inconsistent in his contact, and when I called to discuss some issues still to be addressed, I had to call the office twice (calls a week apart) in order for him to get back to me. In placing the plants and the walkway, the team that did the work was not supervised or told where to place the chosen plants, resulting in poorly placed plants for the locations. Pea gravel on a slope that I was told would be sprayed with a fixative was not sprayed. When I brought this to their attention, I was told it wasn't necessary, even though they were the ones who had suggested it originally. The worst problem was that in the course of planting the new plants, the team dug up the sprinkler lines, then laid them on top of the landscape fabric with loose mulch over the lines. When I asked to have them come back and rebury the lines, they simply cut the landscape fabric, pushed the lines under the fabric and spread the mulch again. The sprinkler lines are still not buried in the ground like they were. I'm still dissatisfied with the work."

"Chris & Trinton at High Meadows are Fantastic! My husband & I have been living out in the Black Forest for almost 25 years. Now that we both are seniors with health issues, we cannot even begin to try to do any snow removal in our driveway that gets terrible drifting. "I used Mile High Haul Off for a property we recently purchased. It was sold “as is” so there was lots of random junk that needed to be removed and disposed of, including a shed that was falling down and many tree branches. They were very responsive and I was able to schedule it with them so they arrived the day we took possession. The team arrived on time and worked quickly to remove everything we agreed on. "Marcos, Harley and the team did an amazing job on our house. They tore down our old fences that looked terrible and put up a new one that looked amazing. They also did quite a bit of landscaping by leveling out some bad dirt, adding nice rocks, plants, and a walkway. They were super professional, friendly, and fairly affordable. I plant to use them again for our next projects. Would highly recommend giving them a chance for any ideas you have."
