He did a great job explaining what was involved in the job and he kept me informed throughout about the progress of the job and some of the challenges involved. He works hard. The two offered the best price (beating three other quotes) and were able to quickly complete the job the next day. The replaced shingles and ice shield are holding up well, made it through the past several rain storms and really strong winds. They cleaned up and made sure no nails were around in the yard, that was great.
