The pricing was even below what we expected. He is the owner, so we dealt with him personally. No layers of people to go through. "We had a lot of water damage and had to replace all of our hardwood floors. Empire quickly set up an estimate and scheduled the install within a few days. We had a pretty big job and they finished in two days. Very professional. The installers found additional damage that we had not anticipated and still finished within the 2 days time frame without adding much more to our estimate. The result was beautiful. We love our new floors."
