"Jimmy was great to work with and always available for questions and additional changes as the project unfolded. We had the drywall replaced and drop ceiling tiles changed to drywall. He added recessed lighting in basement recreation room and home office. He insulated and added beautiful laminate flooring. He painted all the walls including walls that led to reconstruction but not part of remodel. He also made doors open at a better advantage. We are very pleased with results and will use his team for other home projects."

"I hired Design Home Improvement back in October to repair the drywall in my ceiling. I received a great quote and Robert arrived to fix my ceiling the very next day. He was was very courteous and skilled, finishing the project within 4 hours. He checked in with me as he was getting ready to wrap up and asked me to take a careful look to make sure that everything looked great. I felt bad asking him to smooth out one tiny area, but he assured me that it was no problem, and he took his time to make sure that it was perfect before wrapping up for the day. "I needed a repair on a 17-foot ceiling, over a right-angle set of stairs, and had sought quotes from multiple websites (companies and brokers, or lists). Only two prospective hires responded. One from a different broker was unable to quote due to a car accident. The other respondent was Navids Construction team, who from start to finish was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. They were very careful not to harm or dirty my home or its contents. Most importantly, they practiced very safe construction...safe for the team and safe for my family. In consideration for my family, since the scaffolding had to stretch across widely spread banisters/railing they chose to get the work done in one day, to prevent my family from needing to walk under the scaffolding that night and next morning,. The repair was excellent: a new piece of sheetrock, smooth mudding, and paint. I will definitely hire Navids Construction again."

"Excellent workmanship. They came in and repaired a disaster created by the original contractor that put the laminate flooring in. They had to take up more than half of the entire floor. Their pricing for the job was very reasonable. They came, looked at what had to be done and provided a quote. The first day they reported on time and completed more than half of the project, however, day two they were two hours late and was not responding to phone calls to confirm their arrival time. Day three they were two hours late, but eventually called and gave an arrival time. Overall, because of the excellent workmanship and cleanup, I would recommend this company to others."
