My business is a small business with only myself, the owner, and generally one or two helpers unless the job calls for more. Most of the work we do is done by us that way we can control the quality better. We will occasionally use a sub contractor for specialized trades, but we use the same trusted businesses every time! We do not accept credit cards at this time but checks or cash is fine. We are not doing any financing at this time so we take deposits when work starts and generally whatever is left is do at completion of project.

During a very difficult time for our family, Adil, in a very short time frame, drew up plans and began the work for this project. Throughout the work, Adil was compassionate, reliable, professional, flexible and patient. He communicated effectively throughout the project. He and his team are extremely professional and respectful. A semi-inground pool offers a sweet spot between cost and durability—tougher than an above-ground model yet far less expensive than a full in-ground build. Lifespans range from roughly seven to 75 years, depending on the materials you choose. Depending on the build, your timeline can be as short as two days or as long as five weeks. Lowering an existing above-ground pool a few feet takes three to five days. Building a raised in-ground pool with concrete walls and a retaining wall takes several weeks. Remember to factor in contractor schedules and permit approvals—they can tack on a few extra days at either end.
With standard liners, a semi-inground pool lasts seven to 15 years. Upgrade to a concrete shell and you’re looking at up to 75 years of service. As with any pool, top-tier materials and consistent maintenance are the key to achieving long-term durability, allowing you to plan your investment and upkeep with confidence.
Most semi-inground pools fall between three and eight feet deep. Lap pools, for instance, stay around four feet throughout, while family-style models may pair a shallow end with a deeper section. Your liner choice and how much soil you remove ultimately set the depth, and both decisions influence the project’s final price and layout.
