They did a wonderful job on the 2 step down areas. We have a sunken living room, so they had to correlate the hall with the living room at the step down and the dining room with the living room. They did an excellent job and very speedy at that. We were very pleased."

"The workmen came tore out. My tile floor was unable to make it smooth enough that it would except vinyl flooring. The company expected the workmen to pay for a float that would?ve been $1000 or more out of my pocket. I paid almost $600 for 18 bags of float, trying to smooth the floor since the company would not Kick in but even after that, the floor was not smooth enough for vinyl. Only then did I look at the flooring that was expected to go down from express flooring. It was not luxury vinyl that I thought I was getting. I stopped the workmen and contacted the flooring company and told them I would not accept the flooring, but it is not what the salesman told me it would be I have yet heard from the company however they have already hit the card with almost $12,000 worth of charge for the whole job even though the flooring is in my garage in a stack and it has not been applied to my house. I?m getting a new company to put the flooring . Express floor has not called me yet."
