Steve Edwards the owner of Powerhouse came out personally to evaluate our project. Based on first impressions Steve and Powerhouse was the most impressive of all. One from a different broker was unable to quote due to a car accident. The other respondent was Navids Construction team, who from start to finish was courteous, thoughtful, and professional.
