"Steven and his crew saved us from construction purgatory. After we had a dishwasher leak, the floors under our kitchen island were soaked and needed replacing - a prior company came and gutted our kitchen (no island, no sink, no dishwasher, no flooring), then ghosted us for the rebuild. After months desperately looking for someone to fix our kitchen, thankfully a neighbor recommended me to Steven. Steven immediately jumped to action and had my floors installed within a week or two - we could finally stop tripping over jagged wood / staples! He guided me on how to order my cabinets so we would receive the right products (and saved us money in the process). He was communicative as we awaited their delivery, and once they were in he had his guys install them beautifully, and finish our island better than new. I am so grateful every day to have been connected with him. Steven even introduced us to the air switch for our garbage disposal - a modification that I've been loving! I will absolutely work with him and Michaels Construction again in the future, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a contractor they can actually rely on."

I questioned the woman about the price increase and she made an excuse it was 2 years ago. I called Mount Pleasant Fireplace and Gas who did the job for $250 and 3 days after I called. I understand things are tough and could accept a higher price but a 60% increase is ridiculous."
