I had bought my own toilet at lowes and apparently got talked into buying a really difficult toilet to install. They were nice enough to honor the price despite the difficult toilet and did a great job on the install. I really appreciated them wearing shoe covers inside our home as well. Will be using them again for future jobs."

This during Xmas season when everyone else wanted to wait at least a week to even look at. They're my plumbing contact from now on."
