"hired kevin to do a roof on a sunporch end of August. Completion date was supposed to be per contract, july 2nd however wasnt done until July 7th which is was a whole another issue. Weekend of July 25th roof starts leaking again, contacted Kevin, he came out Monday to repair it. Again guaranteed my mom that this was fixable and he knew what had happened. Friday the 31st of July came home to a flooded sun porch, everything ruined etc. For the last week I have tried contacting Kevin for a refund. Now we are $2000 out plus have to have someone come in to repair what he didnt. Has blocked me off Facebook on personal page, wont respond to texts or calls. Very upsetting as it hasnt even been a month and my room is flooded, and now Kevin wont respond. Very unprofessional."

I was impressed that he immediately knew it was a Pella door and pointed out that the construction made replacing the glass easier than with some other Pella models. The glass had to be ordered, which was estimated to take about 2 weeks, but took closer to 4--possibly due to holiday season. Wasn't a problem for us, and the replacement work was done professionally, with clean up of all materials and even replacement of the decorative film over the glass. Would definitely hire again."

In 2003 we branched towards the beach area, servicing Virginia Beach, Tidewater and Hampton Roads. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
