Benjamin came out for a free quote that ended up being a very very very very expensive slider replacement ($875 for two sliders, which then became $700 and then $650 as I kept saying no). I kept telling him no, and he kept saying I could not say no, he loved these doors, the sliders needed replacing, he wasn?t leaving, how much money did I have, who could I borrow money from, etc. etc. I should have been more aggressive and just demanded he leave or I?d call the cops, but I am dealing with personal and family health issues as well as my condo?s destruction by flooding while working multiple jobs with no sleep (he arrived an hour earlier than the appointment time at 8am), and I agreed to his ridiculous price because I?m stupid and just wanted the door fixed and to move on with my life. I realize I can?t take that back after the work is completed, but he caused a lot of"
