"Called as I suspected potential mold. They were out the next morning to get it tested. Confirmed a few days later it was bad mold, explained the job and what was next. Worked around my schedule and came on time and completed the work promptly. The section of wall where the mold was looks good as new and the workers were great to deal with. "They weren't forthcoming about additional testing. Base inspection $299 then additional $400+ for lab testing. Wish I had known for vendor comparison purposes. However, I think it was worth it. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."
