"We had major water damage as a result of the snow storm in January 2018. Will Hawkings came out promptly to access the situation and provide an estimate. He arrived early and was very professional. He assured me that the damage could be repaired and also made suggestions that proved to be very beneficial. He worked with our insurance company to help the repair job move forward and he answered every concern and question that was raised. He even went an extra step to check on us from time to time and provide a detailed time line of the project as it unfolded. During much of the project I was at work and unable to correspond freely with Mr. Hawkins. However, he always ensured that any information discussed with my wife was relayed to me. He also explained various stages of each project to her in a logical and simple way. As husband, this made me feel confident and at ease with our contractor because he had our best interest in mind through the entire project. My wife also expressed the same feeling.
