Called main office the lady was very rude and cursing then hung up the phone. Roto rooter is the scummiest company I have ever used. If you want to get screwed over by a big name use Roto rooter. "The man was nice but I was disappointed that the work was never completed and I never got my receipt that I was told I'd get for the $200 I had to pay just for them to come out and tell me they couldn't find the location to pump. I tried asking for the receipt but the assured me I'd see it in the mail. Still haven't seen that."

In fact, the workmen finished about two hours early without cutting any corners. Very professional! The representative, Tom, was very personable and came out to check the finished job. I believe we may have even gotten an upgrade on the equipment. The two systems have work perfectly. The two maintenance visits were perfect as well. The workman, Tim, arrived on time, took his time to do his job well, and was very polite without being intrusive or falsely friendly. We chose Maglish because a colleague from work recommended them. During our meeting he took the time to explain the process that his company uses. Once the permits were issued the crew arrived the next morning at 7:00 a.m. as promised. The crew met the deadline for a 1:30 inspection from the Village of Deerfield. They not only met the deadline but they passed the inspection without any issues to be corrected. The crew worked until 7:00 p.m. completing the job. I would also note that they left my home spotless!"
