"Needed my dryer vent cleaned. When Ned called I explained to him that I had two 90 degree angles. He assured me he had all the equipment needed to handle this job. When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."

"Dave was amazing to work with. He walked us through the whole process and explained the best places for a wood stove in terms of heat, and then worked with us to help us find a new wood stove. We got 3 other quotes, and they all tried to get us to buy 3k-6k stoves from them. Dave found us a great $800 stove and then picked it up for us. AND his quote for the installation work was almost half the amount of the other agencies. I cannot recommend him enough.
